Online applications are invited citizen of India as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the vacancies of LDA (Bench Asstt.)/LDA-cm-Typist/Copyist as indicated below, for the District Court of Baksa, Assam. The number of vacancies shown below is indicative only and may vary at the time of final selection. A candidate is allowed to submit only one application from any one post out of 6(Six) categories of posts shown below. A common written test will be held on the same day for a selection of candidates for all posts.

Education and Qualification : 

(i). A candidate must be a Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized University on the last date of submission of application form. Candidates awaiting result need not apply.

(ii). He/she must have working knowledge of computer on the last date of submission of application form and 

(iii) Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of the official language of the State of Assam and the candidate shall have to appear in a qualifying examination designed to test the proficiency in official language of the State of Assam (Assamese). A candidate failing to obtain minimum qualifying marks in the official language of the State of Assam shall not be considered for appointment.

Selection Process: A common written test on OMR sheet (2 hours duration)
